Questions To Ask Yourself

  • Do I feel unhappy or anxious, angry or lonely, frightened or empty much of the time and don’t know why?

  • Is this pain getting in the way of my work, home life, love life or friendships?

  • Do I deal with stress poorly?

  • Do I feel judged, unloved or criticized much of the time?

  • Do I give my power away to others, always needing to please?

  • Do I have trouble forming or maintaining relationships, often avoiding contact or distancing myself from others?

  • Do I hit roadblocks in my relationships?

  • Do I find myself repeating the same mistakes over in my relationships?

  • Am I engaging in unhealthy behavior such as drinking too much, sleeping poorly, and exploding in anger, eating too much or too little?

  • Do I want or need to understand myself and others in my life?

  • Did I have painful childhood experiences that I have not fully dealt with?
